A 33-year-old woman shot and robbed in Chicago on Saturday

A shooting incident occurred on Saturday in Jeffery Manor on the Southside. A 33-year-old woman got shot and robbed in this incident. She was in the 9500 block of South Jeffery Avenue at around 9:30 am, when a man in his 20's came closer to her and pulled out a gun and shot on her foot. He took away all her valuables, according to Police. She drove herself to Trinity Hospital to get treatment, and now she is in good condition, said Police. Area South Detectives are investigation, and no arrest had been made till now, said Police.

NIKE DONATING THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND PAIRS OF SHOES TO HEALTH CARE WORKERS IN U.S AND EUROPE

Nike is providing more than thirty-two thousand pairs of Air Zoom Pulse trainers to healthcare staff to support emergency employees who are on their feet for long working hours during the corona virus disease outbreak.

The sports apparel company is working with the charity Good 360 & local agencies to send a pair of stylish sneakers to workers at various hospitals across the United States & Europe. According to Forbes the shoes typically sell around one hundred and twenty dollars.

Subways services will be shut down every night to carry out of disinfection process

employees will be assigned to clean each subway car every day. The following are the details on division of labour force to carry out the tasks. Daytime Terminal Car Cleaning: Once a train reaches its final destination the crews will be removing trash, clean spills and biohazards, and spot clean seats, floors, and other surfaces. Also, the trains will be disinfected at terminals during specified times of the day. Overnight Yard Cleaning: Trains that will be in service during daytime and out of service during night time will be receiving a more intense cleaning which includes removal of garbage and graffiti, clean spills and biohazards, mop floors, clean seats cleaning, and disinfect surfaces. Overnight Terminal Car Cleaning: Trains that remain in service at night will receive cleaning that is identical to the yard cleaning except at terminal stations.

The MTA police force and NYPD will be working together to ensure clearance of subway stations every night "to make sure their critical work goes on uninterrupted." Though the increase in cost for overnight staffing is not announced, MTA Chairman Patrick Foye said costs to staff overnight cleaning operations would run hundreds of millions over budget. Transport Workers Union Local 100 President Tony Utano said "exactly the aggressive and dramatic action we wanted to safeguard transit workers worried they could contract the virus from people camped out in the system." The MTA said apart from the time during 9/11 attacks and strikes where the services were cancelled only for a day this is the first time that services are partially or completely shut down due to a health-related situation.

San Fernando valley reports two earthquakes om Sunday

According to the USGS, the Chatsworth area reported two earthquakes on Sunday. The first one occurred after 3 a.m. and measured 3.3 magnitudes and was centred about half a

mile from the San Fernando Valley neighbourhood with a depth of just over four miles. The second one occurred on Sunday afternoon at 2:45 p.m. measuring 3.2 in magnitude. Apparently the shaking was felt from Oxnard to Santa Clarita to Burbank.

Fortunately no damages have been reported due to the earthquake and many who felt the rattling across the San Fernando Valley posted about it on their social media accounts.

Суд Полтави прийняв рішення оштрафувати менеджера супермаркету АТБ, тому, що вона допустила занадто велике скупчення людей в магазині. Суддею був накладений штраф в сумі 34000 гривень.

Так, згідно з Єдиним державним реєстром судових рішень, 17 квітня в магазині АТБ по вул. Велікотерівской, 39а менеджер Оксана Л. порушила чинні правила карантину, тим самим дозволила зібратися в одному магазині великій кількості людей.
