The mayors, together with the Giffords gun organization which control reform, expressly asked for help in sustaining services for the cessation of crime, as economic instability correlated with corona virus threatens to generate expenditure cutbacks.
”Our emergency services are committed to ensuring public health & protection, but we do not have adequate medical staff support to combat these two wars," stated LA Mayor & the others. "We want our government services to fightback the corona, so we required unique tools to counter violent crimes to help community staff & groups who are now trying to do so."
Violence prevention employees were deemed to be "important staff" in LA & proceeded to operate to drench street beef & preserve harmony between city and county shutdowns. In community tensions they are seen as respected upholders, mainly in places where law enforcement has little confidence.
