Office Building by West Loop hits the market
Office Building by West Loop hits the ma Chicago
Chicago, United States Of America
The real estate firm from Pennsylvania is aiming at a recent sell-off of downtown office buildings. The company cashed out on two downtown office buildings; the company is looking to unload a third. It is a venture of Bryn Mawr that is shopping the leasehold interest in the landmark 12-story office building. The building can fetch up to $30 million as per the sources.
The land was under a 99-year lease, which was not renewed. Software company Dialogtech, formerly known as Ifbyphone, also moved out of the 40,000 square foot office, which was on the 9th and 11th floors in the building. The property values are high, and the landlords in the area are trying to fetch money by selling the properties. JLL brokers Jeff Bramson, Jaime Fink, and Sam DiFrancesca are representing the Alliance HSP in the bid.
