Houston, United States Of America
John Denholm, who is an assistant district attorney as declined to file charges of a sexual assault after he learned that the victim might be illegal. The police officer who was present at the scene on the Halloween night said that inside a Houston jail, an inmate was locked up on suspicion of drunken driving.
He tried to pull another inmate while exposing himself. The other inmate called for help, and when the officers approach, the drunken inmate stepped back. The officer then reported the incident to Harris County District Attorney's Office and thought the office would charge the drunken driver for attempted sexual assault. However, the assistant district attorney decided to question the immigration status of the victim and asked if the victim will tell about it on record.
