Not So Ancient Chinese Secrets
The Chinese are a longstanding and proud group of people... Rightfully So. They have contributed much to the world; through cultural and scientific endowments. We saw their first innovations centuries ago.
However, The Chinese Goverment is not The World's benefactor. It, for decades, has been a hardline, Communist regime that suppresses its own citizens by every means possible. It uses fearmongering and physical violence (involving torture and execution) as well as never-ending imprisonment and hefty, unpayable fines levied against individuals.
It all started with the infamous Mao Zedong, or Chairman Mao as he's better known. Before his own death in 1976 he was personally responsible for the demise of millions in The People's Republic. He was, in fact, the Asian Hitler.
Some citizens still celebrate Mao and revel in his "achievements". In 1966 came his Cultural Revolution which in large part sought to destroy what was traditionally Chinese, including the nation's historical artifacts. (We can refer to THAT as racism / eRacism. Get it? Erase-ism.)
So, it is no wonder whatsover why China did as it did in this current crisis. The government is Totalitarian and must appear to be in control - at all times - no matter what.
So, when The President spoke of "The Chinese Virus", as distasteful and seemingly racist as it was to some, said was a direct call for accountability. TPRC does not admit to fault as a matter of protocol and must be provoked into it. The President has taken no more of a harsh tact with them than what they typically use on the political front with others.
Be reminded of what the Chinese government did not so long ago in these instances:
Tiananmen Square -
Presecution of a Pastor -
Opression of The Fau Long Gong Sect -
Supression of Liberties for the Citizens of Hong Kong -

America to Sue China for COVID-19 Outbreak
A news magazine, Daily Caller, just dropped the report that a bi-partisan effort is underway to hold China accountable for its legibly clear efforts to cover its role (and sheer negligence) in allowing the spread of COVID-19.
As stated in another article posted here on Avalanches.com which was first on Daily Caller's website, The Chinese goverment knew all along about this virus and used the strong-armed intimidation of Chinese citizens and anti-Western propaganda to evade responsibility.

An Explosive New Expose' - A Comprehensive Timeline Of The Novel Coronavirus
An article just published by Daily Caller, a Conservative news magazine, painstakingly details the progression of The Coronavirus / COVID-19 from its origins in Wuhan, China to the rest of The World. In addition, it speaks to a massive conspiratorial coverup employed by the Chinese government, which seems to have also been undertaken by The World Health Organization.
Accounted for are censorship, officially-issued threats and suddenly-missing whistleblowers. Whether or not The President's language regarding "The Chinese Virus" was appropriate, this piece will shed light on why he used it.

Memo: Forget The Funeral - Signed, The Coronavirus
FTF? What?! (FTF? or Forget The Funeral? will be the alternate to the infamous Millennial catch phrase WTF? which will not be spelled out herein for decorum's sake.)
It was just learned today during our telephone-based worship session that Maryland truly has banned ALL gatherings of more than 10 people - including burials.
The news was abruptly announced by one of our congregation after her prayer request for a friend suffering in critical condition with COVID-19. Then a second notification came in rapid fire from another church member. Among us is a 30 year old mother of 3 young children who is waiting anxiously for her husband to come through his own life-threating COVID-19 infection. It's all finally hitting home.
The moratorium on funerals, which seems like a sick joke as well as a bad pun, was confirmed on the Maryland.gov site:
PER THE GUIDANCE OF GOVERNOR LARRY HOGAN; PROHIBITION ON MASS GATHERINGS AND CLOSURE OF SENIOR CENTERS:
Effective immediately, the Governor has ordered that gatherings of more than 10 people, including social, community, spiritual, religious, recreational, leisure, and sporting gatherings, are prohibited at all locations and venues. See full order:
The particular ceremony we're discussing is not one that we want to have. However, some have been planning theirs for years. And last time I checked, there were no opportunities for a do-over of said event.
The Dearly Departed's last public appearance will be absolutely the last time that family and friends get to see them. Not all opt for a traditional service with an open casket - but it should and must be available to those that do. It's a very longstanding and sacred rite / right.
Yes. Obviously it becomes clearer to me that the virus poses more of a problem than we can take casually. But, if we're allowed to go to the store, with 50 or 100 mad shoppers scurrying around to get the last of the toilet paper... we should be able to gather with 20, 30 or 40 loved ones to say goodbye to one more.
Do You Agree With The National Quarantine?
An e-mailed notice / invitation was just received from Change.org, America's leading online social justice forum. Through it our healthcare professionals are calling for a national, unilateral quarantine for everyone; on those that are ill AND those that aren't.
As of the day of the petition's discovery it had 129,279 supporters. It seeks 150,000 and will surely garner even more before its campaign ends. This is the furtherest our efforts have EVER gone in modern times to combat anything - especially something that is in fact so common / ordinary. Those proposing the measure need to re-evaluate what they're asking for one more time. By the way, this is the demand:
D. — Doctors, nurses, and physician assistants on the frontlines of coronavirus need your help. They see hospitals as ill-prepared for the wave of patients who will need care. The biggest thing that can stop hospitals from overflowing is social distancing. That’s why they’re calling on President Trump to issue a national quarantine. "A national quarantine is the best way to slow the spread of the disease," they write. If you agree, sign their petition to help contain coronavirus.

*FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION*
To President Trump, Vice President Pence and the Congress of the United States of America:
We are physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and nurse anesthetists in the United States of America on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. We aim to end the crisis quickly, with minimal loss of life while keeping our healthcare workers safe. To this end we urgently implore the following three actions:
1. Immediately implement a national quarantine. This includes closing non-essential businesses and a quarantine of all citizens, with allowances for seeking healthcare and essential resources such as food and medications. Such quarantines have been implemented in several other countries around the world experiencing this crisis. The evidence shows that without access to widespread COVID-19 testing, a national quarantine is the best way to slow the spread of the disease. While a national quarantine will be economically straining, the pandemic requires shared sacrifice as a nation to contain the spread of COVID-19. We must take immediate action.
2. Emergently produce and distribute personal protective equipment (PPE) to healthcare workers. Healthcare providers cannot care for patients without adequate personal protective equipment to prevent infection. Many hospital systems across the country are projected to run out of PPE quickly as the crisis worsens. Without sufficient PPE, we cannot safely provide care, more healthcare providers will become infected, and patient care will suffer.
3. Urgently increase access to testing for COVID-19. The current limitations on testing patients for COVID-19 mean we cannot appropriately triage and treat our patients. It means we are inefficiently and ineffectively using our limited PPE supply and increasing exposure to healthcare workers. We must be able to identify and quarantine those who are mildly infected or have only minimal symptoms to prevent the spread of COVID-19 to high-risk populations. We need rapid and widely accessible testing to care for these patients and slow the spread of COVID-19.
This is a defining moment in our history and in the leadership of our country. An immediate national quarantine has been proven repeatedly to save lives worldwide. The protection of healthcare workers and adequate testing will help ensure that the healthcare system does not become overwhelmed as the crisis worsens and allow us to direct medical care appropriately and efficiently. We will clearly see the benefits of these decisive measures over the coming weeks. As healthcare providers, we cannot fight this pandemic without your help.
Articles 2 and 3 in their proposal are reasonable and in fact vital. Of course we want our healthcare workers, with having the highest exposure to the virus, to be safe. And yes; the proactive approach to early and frequent testing for COVID-19 will do the most to check its spread. However, having us couped up like the chickens we've become will do nothing of substantive effect except to drive us crazy. There are not enough carriers yet to warrant this. Certainly no one would build a natural immunity to the virus by not encountering it.
This is but another variation of the Coronavirus that saw its predecessors in SARS and H1-N1. Those outbreaks were more widely spread, more sickening in the severity of the symptoms inflicted, and more lethal by far. They claimed many more - thousands more in victims.
In addition to the social and economic strain imposed by a national quaratine it many generate constitutional controversies and attached law suits. Should our freedoms be so curtailed when there is no matching precedent to cite? Remember, our generation has never faced such a restriction in The United States, even in the light of demonstrably worse causes.
First, you can weigh in for or against The National Quarantine by e-mailing your Congress and Senate members. Contact The President via e-mail as well. (You can also start / join an opposing petition through Change.org or Care2.com if they'll be objective and not discriminate on ideological grounds; but that's less likely.)

COURT HOUSE IN SAN JOSE CLOSED AFTER THE CONFIRMED CASE FOUND
The U.S. District Court in central San Jose is closing down until April 7 after a new positive COVID-19 individual has been checked, officials announced Monday.
"This duration frame can be expanded through further request," the request approved by Judge J. Hamilton said.
On March 11th, 13th and 17th, the individual attended the Robert official building at 280 South First St. and was eventually tested for the latest coronavirus, as directed.
Corona virus issues earlier prompted Hamilton to submit an ordinance to reopen all the official buildings to the citizens through the northern district of california to delay court hearings until one May. Specific general entry is provided at the district's various federal courthouses, including Oakland and San Francisco.
