Закрытие случилось внезапно. Еще недельку назад пермяки бронировали заведение под корпоративные события, а поближе к weekendу все закрыто.

Si vous commencez dans des rues plus grandes comme la rue Alexandre Mari, assurez-vous d'en explorer également de plus petites comme la rue Benoit Bunico. Cela vous donnera une bonne idée de la variété de la vieille ville.

Застройщик проблематичного жилого жилья на Пушкарской противозаконно реализовывал незанятые жилплощади в недостроенном доме. К подобному заключению пришел Госстройнадзор, он в суд на фирму- ООО «Сириус». Госстройнадзор выиграл дело в суде.

Госстройнадзор в период внепланового контроля обнаружил, то что ООО «Сириус» реализует жилплощади никак не законно скрываясь от проверяющих фирм. Фирма вручила жилплощади юридически связанной с ней компании ООО «Торговый дом "Пушкарский"». Та, в свою очередь, в обход закона торговала жилплощадью дольщикам согласно контрактами переуступки, то есть с передачей прав на жилплощади. При этом при передаче квартир ООО «Торговый дом "Пушкарский"» никак не рассчитался с ООО «Сириус», что указывает на неправомерности операций застройщика.

Суд постановил запретить ООО «Сириус» реализовать незанятые жилплощади в долгострое. Материалы ревизии проверка Госстройнадзора отдала в отделение полиции. В настоящее время прокуратура, а также полиция выполняют ревизию деяний компании.

Незамедлительно получить объяснение у застройщика никак не удалось.
