COVID-19 outbreak is behaving differently in various parts of the state that is making reopening California complicated for the authorities. The number of cases has been going down in the San Francisco Bay Area. However, Southern California has been reporting an increase in the pace of new cases.

Los Angeles is the epicenter for the state of California for COVID-19 spread. The County has recorded more than 1,000 deaths. The rate of death per 100,000 people is 9.9 that is 69% higher than the next-hardest-hit urban county, Riverside, and 80% higher than the hotbed of the crisis in the Bay Area, Santa Clara County, according to a Times analysis of coronavirus data.

Stay-at-home orders to be eased by LA County by may.

The officials of Los Angeles County have passed a motion on Tuesday to develop a plan that will take the case of easing down the stay-at-home order. The strict social distancing rules will also be relaxed. The current orders are set to expire on 15th May. Public Health Department Director Barbara Ferrer said in a statement on Tuesday that there were no plans to extend the orders further.

However, as the deadline is approaching, the officials are reevaluating what is best for the county. More than 20,000 in the county of 10 million have tested positive for the virus, and nearly 950 have died. The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors passed a motion Tuesday to establish an action plan to work with local businesses, labor partners, and community leaders to lift restrictions.

In California, the number of cases hit 46,402, with 1,868 Californians dying.

Surprising parade for the wedding couple in this pandemic

Wedding plans were set for April but due to this pandemic, everything canceled. Kim Goforth and Issac Jackson both have plans for a wedding but they have to cancel, so family and friends made a surprising parade for them. Gorforth was proposed by Jackson in front of friends and family on thanksgiving 2019. The couple made the plan to marry on apirl2020. Dlorah Gonzales said that they were going to make for a year but her father was diagnosed with lung cancer so that decided to early. Her father was having stage four lung cancer in January so they decided to do a wedding in April 2020. Jackson said we send the invitation one week ago and then canceled. At the exact time and day when both were going to marry, a parade of the car came with songs and balloons. This was so good than the usual wedding program and full of love and excitement. She also said shutdown made us know people who love us said by Goforth. Now they will marry on July 24.

The city of Carson start a free test for COVID-19 on Monday

From this Monday the city of Carson will provide free tests for COVID-19 to all its residents this was the first city to start in California. The test will have done even if they are not having COVID-19 symptoms and also in the neighbor communities. They need to first register themselves online and receive an appointment. When they confirmed they will get an ID or a utility bill confirming the individual’s residence. The test result will come in 24 to 36 hours. The testing site is available at the Carson community center mayor Albert robles and the city council will dedicate the opening of the testing site at 10 a.m. Carson united with L.A based non-profit organization which provides food and drug administration. Carson’s population is having 25% African American and 40% Latino. Carson already has 199 positive cases of COVID-19 on April 23 and highest in L.A. county.

LAPD Chief appreciated Angelenos for keeping beaches empty and following social distancing

Los Angeles Police Chief Michel Moore appreciated the Angelenos for their awareness on COVID-19 as many beaches were bare on Saturday. This acknowledgment came as it was one of the hottest days of the month in Southern California, and many residents had just stepped to streets in defiance of the Stay Home order issued by Gov. Newsom. Moore said on his Twitter: "My compliments to our community for staying away from the beaches in LA. From Malibu, Santa Monica, Venice, to Dockweiler - All Clear!! Safer at Home will get us there sooner." He also posted some photos of Beach area Los Angeles showing nearly empty stretch.

Recent heat waves brought thousands of people to Orange County beaches on Friday, which included some protestors who want the state to reopen. Earlier this week, the Orange County Board of Supervisor voted, keeping some beaches and outdoor areas open, but parking lots will remain closed. The officials have asked people to avoid traveling to other counties as the stay-at-order is loosened. The beaches in neighboring counties remained closed.

To date, 28,000 tri-state lives have been lost to COVID-19. The number of daily hospitalizations has now dropped below 1,000 for the first time. The number of confirmed cases crossed 1 million in the United States. New York alone accounts for close to nearly a third of those. Governor Andrew Cuomo said in a statement that some parts of NY might open when his PAUSE order expires on 15ht May.

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy said that his shutdown order would remain in effect indefinitely. Agitated Cuomo said Wednesday that more has to be done. He again called out Congress, particularly Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Sen. Rick Scott of Florida, for not helping the states.

However, he is creating a lot of blunders. He has gone explicitly after religious communities for violating social distancing policies. Just before Passover and Easter holidays in late March, he threatened to have churches and synagogues closed down if they held services that did not follow social distancing.

Nearly a month later, the mayor singled out New York Jews after police broke up a funeral in Brooklyn for being too crowded. In the middle of that month, de Blasio specifically encouraged people to go out in public, saying, "If you love your neighborhood bar, go there now." That same day, the mayor announced that schools in the city would be closing.

Asesinó a hombre que le debía un dinero - Panorama.com.ve

El homicidio fue en Cojedes. Cicpc detuvo a Franklin Franco, de 50 años.

Franklin Nacarys Franco Torres (50), apodado "El Apureño", fue detenido por funcionarios del Eje de Investigaciones de Homicidios, base San Carlos del Cicpc, por asesinar a un hombre, al no cancelarle un dinero prestado. La víctima fue identificada como  Ángel Orlando Sequera Pérez (58). El crimen se perpetró en el sector El Potrero, parcela Rancho Alegre, parroquia El Pao, municipio Pao de San Juan Bautista del estado Cojedes. Tras realizar las investigaciones de campo y entrevistas, se conoció que ambos discutieron por un dinero que Franco le había prestado a Sequera, y este aún no le cancelaba. Después de varias horas, 'El Apureño' sacó un arma de fuego y le disparó al quincuagenario, huyendo del sitio. Los expertos del Cicpc aprehendieron al homicida en el sector La Fe,  se le incautó una escopeta calibre 12 mm y quedó a la orden de la Fiscalía Primera.
