Gov. Tom Wolf gives relaxation to certain restrictions to let people enjoy outdoor activities
Governor of Pennsylvania Tom Wolf is planning on lifting the stay at shelter orders and to access certain outdoor activities like golf clubs, private campgrounds, Marinas and private fishing grounds but not the campgrounds in state parks, he stated the intention behind doing so in his own words as follows, "Pennsylvanians have remained resilient throughout this COVID-19 crisis, and as we successfully continue to flatten the curve to protect our physical health, it is critical that we also focus on our physical and mental health during these extraordinary times. As the weather warms and daylight lengthens, enjoying time outdoors is an important way to manage stress. As we start to take measured, limited steps to reopen our commonwealth, reopening these industries will help to rebuild our economy and strengthen our mental health.” The orders are likely to be lifted from the start of May 1st and will continue to be open whilst following some strict Wolf administration's guidelines.

Republicans blame economic breakdown on Democratic Governors
As the economy and health both are going through a massive crisis, Republicans across the states are trying to lay the blame for the economic breakdown on Democratic governors, ramping up a strategy for the presidential elections. Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania — are all laid by Democratic governors. The Republican lawmakers of the state are blaming the actions of stay-at-home orders or business shutdowns as the work of overzealous, nanny-state Democrats. In Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, the GOP legislature is trying to strip the democratic governors of power so that they can impose restrictions on businesses.
The stay-at-home order was passed by both the Republican and Democratic governors, amide the advice from the state and federal health officials and guidance from President Trump. But the clash is occurring as many Republican governors are easing the orders and reopening the businesses to boost the economy, led by Trump. Republicans are trying to position themselves as defenders of the economy, even if they have to risk the health of the public. The hard-line messages are marked as the arrival of a contentious phase as the political fight over who to blame for the economic fall, and this could even be a political disaster for Republicans if the job does not return by November and Trump will be blamed for unemployment.
