West Philadelphia: Surveillance video shows gunmen shooting
In a surveillance video that was released on Friday, moments of two gunmen firing were captured. On of them them fired at point blank range. This happened in West Philadelphia on January 15 on the 100 block of North Ruby Street. In the video, one can see the gunmen reaching out to the victims - one is aged 22 while the other is aged 26. Both of them were shooting on the sidewalk. Once the shot were fired, both of them ran in the north direction on Ruby Street. Both victims were injured. But nobody has been arrested till now. Search for purse-snatching trio is on by Philadelphia police
A woman was targeted for her purse. She was walking along South Broad Street. In any case, she wouldn't release it effectively, prompting a vicious encounter that has left police looking for three theft suspects.

14-year-old to face murder charges for stabbing a college student to death
New York police have announced that they have arrested a 14-year-old boy on Saturday who fatally stabbed a teenage woman during a brutal Manhattan robbery. The incident took place two months ago that stunned the city. Rashaun Weaver was taken into custody on Friday night. This arrest came into light after a 13-year-old boy was arrested in December in connection with 18-year-old Tessa Majors’ murder at Barnard College. According to the reports, Majors was stabbed multiple times on 11th December when he was walking through Harlem’s Morningside Park close to her school. She was rushed to the hospital where she was declared dead. Majors, who were from Charlottesville, Virginia, was a freshman at the all-women college. Unlike the 13-year-old, whose case is being prosecuted in family court, Vance said Weaver is being charged in criminal court as an adult.

Bike collided with divider, two died
