West Philadelphia: Surveillance video shows gunmen shooting
In a surveillance video that was released on Friday, moments of two gunmen firing were captured. On of them them fired at point blank range. This happened in West Philadelphia on January 15 on the 100 block of North Ruby Street. In the video, one can see the gunmen reaching out to the victims - one is aged 22 while the other is aged 26. Both of them were shooting on the sidewalk. Once the shot were fired, both of them ran in the north direction on Ruby Street. Both victims were injured. But nobody has been arrested till now.
