"This test only takes ten minutes, it's 92 to 95 percent accurate, and most importantly, it will give us an obvious sense of the demographics of the homeless population and how much the virus has penetrated this population," said Lowery. He plans to start the testing at the Vincent De Paul's Resource Center, where 150 people will get tested, including staff. The test requires only a drop of blood and a small amount of reagent.

The test can reveal three things.

• Harmful exposure to the virus.
• Recent exposure or currently positive.
• Antibodies from past exposure.

For every person who gets tested through Dr. Nancy's integrative Medicine or peak health, one test will be donated for the homeless. They hope to test more than 1000 people by the end of May.

Lalum is assumed to drive a gray 1987 Lincoln Town Car with an Arizona number plate reading WC8SR3.

He was last seen donning a dark navy blue athletic t-shirt with gray jeans.

Lalum has a psychiatric disorder that may render him look lost or disoriented, the relative told the police.

Police searching the shooter of the shooting case

A shooter killed a person by shooting him in front of a southwest Houston convenience store, said Police.

The Police are searching for the shooter. The incident happened around 10:30 am Thursday in front of a store in a strip center on South Braeswood Boulevard at Braeburn Glen Boulevard, Police said. The victim is identified to be a 25-year-old, Thaddeus Townsel and was shot when he was standing in the parking lot. The gunman shot multiple bullets at a range before running away in a white Ford Truck, said Police. Townsel was dead on the spot.Investigators are still searching for the shooter and collecting some information about the case, such as the intention behind the shooting. Anyone with the information should contact the Houston Police Department Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
