Jack Dorsey donated $ 15 million to the Basic Unconditional Income Program in the USA
The Mayors for a Guaranteed Income (MGI) pilot program of mayors of 30 American cities, which promotes the idea of introducing an unconditional basic income (BBI) in the United States, announced that the founder and head of the microblogging service Twitter, Jack Dorsey, donated $ 15 million from personal funds to the program. In the summer, Jack Dorsey donated $ 3 million to the program.
The MGI program was created in late June at the initiative of the Mayor of Stockton, California, Michael Tubbs. In his city, since last year, he has been running a program to provide 125 local residents with $ 500 a month, under the terms of the program, a person can spend money on anything. Analysis of spending shows that people prefer to spend it on food, transportation and utility bills. With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the program was extended.

Minneapolis to resume worship, weddings and funerals
After consulting with faith leaders and new guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control, Gov. Tim Walz issued an order which allows places of worship, wedding and funerals to reopen from Wednesday. This executive order 20-62 permits the reopening with gatherings of not more than ten people with the following requirements:
- Maintaining a minimum of six feet distance between households is mandatory.
- Indoor gathering occupancy must not be over 25% of the overall capacity.
- Outdoor get-togethers must include a maximum of 250 people.
The governor urges Minnesotans to limit their in-person interactions and those at risk to stay at home. He also clarifies that the order does not permit receptions and communal sharing of food.
Archbishop Hebda stated that as told continuously by the bishops of Minnesota, pastors and parishes can resume public Mass. But they should only restart if they are confident of maintaining the sanitization and ensuring that the protocols such as following the changes in the liturgy, mainly related to the reception of Holy Communion.
In response to the tweet of President Donald Trump, where he regarded worship to be essential, many faith leaders came up to thank the decision. They pointed out that the religious groups were feeling left behind and that now, every leader will ensure safety.
Also, the battle for reopening restaurants and bars continues. And due to a recent COVID-19 in a graduation ceremony, the new order does not apply for these ceremonies.
Minneapolis to follow new mask rules
Similar to the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines, the Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frier puts out an order that people above the age of two years are entitled to wear masks or coverings which may include surgical, N95 or homemade. One should ensure that their nose and mouth are covered especially in most indoor places where people gather as a community. One of the Spokesperson for CDC’s COVID-19 response informed that due to high suffocation probability, children under two years do not re to wear masks. The indoor spaces include stores, recreation centres, schools, buildings, hotels. The company owners must ensure that their employees put on their masks in case of any public dealings. These new mask regulations will come into effect from May 26, and one should call 311 if they spot violations. The health department will look into complaints regarding food and lodging, the Department of Community Planning and Economic Development investigate issues in places selling tobacco and liquor. New additions rules will be out for indoor restaurant services. Other states have also imposed mask requirements.

Dear America,
I am writing to you to tell you that we need to put politics aside for once. All America has been the last decade or so is so politically motivated.People do not care for one another's opinions or beliefs but their own there are few of those people in America that do.This past election has raised issues across the country. Not only has the president been decided but Americas fate has been too.See we are so divided with one another that we forget about the upcoming generation who we as adults and elders influence their beliefs.I have seen this affect in many households around me.Part of my family is liberal while the other is Conservative which affects my views on politics. My family’s friends in which I have visited often their children the future of this country are taking in their parents beliefs.Although this is not true for most families as we all have that one child whose views on politics are completely different from everyone else's.But I am not a particular party as I have claimed to be republican to please my family. Although I may have “Conservative” views on politics I also have “liberal” thinking as well.See i have always gone with the flow of our country’s politics whether its a Democrat or a Republican sitting in the beloved Oval Office.Everyone seems to think the President has this magical power to make everything happen when in reality he has none at all;the real power lies within congress which for years has been clashing over stupid party politics. It’s time our country sees the writing on the wall as the fall of “The Great American Democracy” falls. It will fall due to the vast majority of Americans being divided against each other fighting over part politics our Founding fathers warned us about what having two political parties would do to our democracy and the people of the United States take it from John Adams who said “There is nothing which I dread so much as a division of the republic into two great parties, each arranged under its leader, and concerting measures in opposition to each other. This, in my humble apprehension, is to be dreaded as the greatest political evil under our Constitution.”Washington also agreed saying in his farewell speech “The alternate domination of one faction over another, sharpened by the spirit of revenge, natural to party dissension, which in different ages and countries has perpetrated the most horrid enormities, is itself a frightful despotism. But this leads at length to a more formal and permanent despotism. The disorders and miseries, which result, gradually incline the minds of men to seek security and repose in the absolute power of an individual; and sooner or later the chief of some prevailing faction, more able or more fortunate than his competitors, turns this disposition to the purposes of his own elevation, on the ruins of Public Liberty Without looking forward to an extremity of this kind, (which nevertheless ought not to be entirely out of sight,) the common and continual mischiefs of the spirit of party are sufficient to make it the interest and duty of a wise people to discourage and restrain it.It always serves to distract the Public Councils, and enfeeble the Public Administration. It agitates the Community with ill-founded jealousies and false alarms; kindles the animosity of one part against another, foments occasionally riot and insurrection. It opens the door to foreign influence and corruption, which find a facilitated access to the government itself through the channels of party passions. Thus the policy and the will of one country are subjected to the policy and will of another. There is an opinion, that parties in free countries are useful checks upon the administration of the Government, and serve to keep alive the spirit of Liberty. This within certain limits is probably true; and in Governments of a Monarchical cast, Patriotism may look with indulgence, if not with favor, upon the spirit of party. But in those of the popular character, in Governments purely elective, it is a spirit not to be encouraged. From their natural tendency, it is certain there will always be enough of that spirit for every salutary purpose. And, there being constant danger of excess, the effort ought to be, by force of public opinion, to mitigate and assuage it. A fire not to be quenched, it demands a uniform vigilance to prevent its bursting into a flame, lest, instead of warming, it should consume.” These are two of our Founding Fathers one of which would go to a political war with his own best friend due to the own two party system he warned about. America has most certainly changed a lot since the famous signing of our Independence. Our Country’s democracy is held by a small microscopic thread which is slowly disappearing. The future Americans being born or growing up are being influenced not only by family but the world around the whether it’s school or it’s other kids parents. If you asked anyone young american growing up in this nation about politics they would not have the concept to come up with opinion on their own.A child growing up in a conservitive household is more likely to reflect those views or vice-versa.The way American is going is down a path in which will make our country look weak. Most countries already look at us that way.We act like the world revolves around our country when it does not.We have start to become the laughing stock of this world because of our politics and how we bash each other over the smallest things possible when much worse is happening around the world and in our own backyard. So I am asking for Americans of all races, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, etc to
Unite as one to show that America is still strong as the great president Abraham Lincoln said “ A house divided against itself cannot stand.” I want you to read these words from John F. Kennedy’s inaugural speech they mean as much today as they did then.He said “We observe today not a victory of party but a celebration of freedom--symbolizing an end as well as a beginning--signifying renewal as well as change. For I have sworn before you and Almighty God the same solemn oath our forbears prescribed nearly a century and three-quarters ago.The world is very different now. For man holds in his mortal hands the power to abolish all forms of human poverty and all forms of human life. And yet the same revolutionary beliefs for which our forebears fought are still at issue around the globe--the belief that the rights of man come not from the generosity of the state but from the hand of God We dare not forget today that we are the heirs of that first revolution. Let the word go forth from this time and place, to friend and foe alike, that the torch has been passed to a new generation of Americans--born in this century, tempered by war, disciplined by a hard and bitter peace, proud of our ancient heritage--and unwilling to witness or permit the slow undoing of those human rights to which this nation has always been committed, and to which we are committed today at home and around the world.Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe to assure the survival and the success of liberty. This much we pledge--and more.To those old allies whose cultural and spiritual origins we share, we pledge the loyalty of faithful friends. United there is little we cannot do in a host of cooperative ventures. Divided there is little we can do--for we dare not meet a powerful challenge at odds and split asunder. To those new states whom we welcome to the ranks of the free, we pledge our word that one form of colonial control shall not have passed away merely to be replaced by a far more iron tyranny. We shall not always expect to find them supporting our view. But we shall always hope to find them strongly supporting their own freedom--and to remember that, in the past, those who foolishly sought power by riding the back of the tiger ended up inside. To those people in the huts and villages of half the globe struggling to break the bonds of mass misery, we pledge our best efforts to help them help themselves, for whatever period is required--not because the communists may be doing it, not because we seek their votes, but because it is right. If a free society cannot help the many who are poor, it cannot save the few who are rich.To our sister republics south of our border, we offer a special pledge--to convert our good words into good deeds--in a new alliance for progress--to assist free men and free governments in casting off the chains of poverty. But this peaceful revolution of hope cannot become the prey of hostile powers. Let all our neighbors know that we shall join with them to oppose aggression or subversion anywhere in the Americas. And let every other power know that this Hemisphere intends to remain the master of its own house. To that world assembly of sovereign states, the United Nations, our last best hope in an age where the instruments of war have far outpaced the instruments of peace, we renew our pledge of support--to prevent it from becoming merely a forum for invective--to strengthen its shield of the new and the weak--and to enlarge the area in which its writ may run. Finally, to those nations who would make themselves our adversary, we offer not a pledge but a request: that both sides begin anew the quest for peace, before the dark powers of destruction unleashed by science engulf all humanity in planned or accidental self-destruction.We dare not tempt them with weakness. For only when our arms are sufficient beyond doubt can we be certain beyond doubt that they will never be employed. But neither can two great and powerful groups of nations take comfort from our present course--both sides overburdened by the cost of modern weapons, both rightly alarmed by the steady spread of the deadly atom, yet both racing to alter that uncertain balance of terror that stays the hand of mankind's final war.So let us begin anew--remembering on both sides that civility is not a sign of weakness, and sincerity is always subject to proof. Let us never negotiate out of fear. But let us never fear to negotiate.Let both sides explore what problems unite us instead of belaboring those problems which divide us.Let both sides, for the first time, formulate serious and precise proposals for the inspection and control of arms--and bring the absolute power to destroy other nations under the absolute control of all nations.Let both sides seek to invoke the wonders of science instead of its terrors. Together let us explore the stars, conquer the deserts, eradicate disease, tap the ocean depths and encourage the arts and commerce.Let both sides unite to heed in all corners of the earth the command of Isaiah--to "undo the heavy burdens . . . (and) let the oppressed go free."And if a beachhead of cooperation may push back the jungle of suspicion, let both sides join in creating a new endeavor, not a new balance of power, but a new world of law, where the strong are just and the weak secure and the peace preserved. All this will not be finished in the first one hundred days. Nor will it be finished in the first one thousand days, nor in the life of this Administration, nor even perhaps in our lifetime on this planet. But let us begin. In your hands, my fellow citizens, more than mine, will rest the final success or failure of our course. Since this country was founded, each generation of Americans has been summoned to give testimony to its national loyalty. The graves of young Americans who answered the call to service surround the globe. Now the trumpet summons us again--not as a call to bear arms, though arms we need--not as a call to battle, though embattled we are-- but a call to bear the burden of a long twilight struggle, year in and year out, "rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation"--a struggle against the common enemies of man: tyranny, poverty, disease and war itself. Can we forge against these enemies a grand and global alliance, North and South, East and West, that can assure a more fruitful life for all mankind? Will you join in that historic effort? In the long history of the world, only a few generations have been granted the role of defending freedom in its hour of maximum danger. I do not shrink from this responsibility--I welcome it. I do not believe that any of us would exchange places with any other people or any other generation. The energy, the faith, the devotion which we bring to this endeavor will light our country and all who serve it--and the glow from that fire can truly light the world. And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you--ask what you can do for your country. My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man. Finally, whether you are citizens of America or citizens of the world, ask of us here the same high standards of strength and sacrifice which we ask of you. With a good conscience our only sure reward, with history the final judge of our deeds, let us go forth to lead the land we love, asking His blessing and His help, but knowing that here on earth God's work must truly be our own.”-John F. Kennedy inaugural address January 20th,1961
My final words are this: America throw away all your prejudices and hate for each other's opinions and beliefs because if you don’t we are sure to fall really hard.
Sincerely,
VLTN

Doctors at 88Med in West Omaha are ready to serve the community in need during the pandemic. They want to get further research and say that antibody tests will determine if one has come in contact with COVID-19. The entire process of testing requires 10-15 minutes; healthcare professionals take a small amount of blood in a vile to be tested, and one can get results in 2-3 working days. The authorities say that there is so less information on this virus that these tests could help the researchers in the long run.
The Med Medical Director, Dr Darin Jackson, said that these tests could provide better data with accurate numbers which might help the epidemiologist sand can help make well-informed and better decisions for public safety. Omaha hospital may get overwhelmed with COVID-19 cases
The local and state official said on Friday that they are keeping a close eye on the healthcare centers and other medical centers as they worry it may become overwhelmed and workers may get fatigued.
Leaders at Nebraska medicine said that they are dealing with around 70 patients every day on an average.
But as the number of severe cases is increasing, they face some problems showing how delicate the system is.
"It's, you know, critically important to understand that the system is relatively fragile and can still be overwhelmed," said Dr. Mark Rupp, chief of the University of Nebraska Medical Center's Division of Infectious Diseases and medical director of infection control and epidemiology.
According to these leaders, the number of patients who require extra and intensive care is increasing day by day.
Douglas County Health Department Director Dr. Adi Pour said the hospitals' high capacity is not directly related to COVID-19 only.
She said that they are looking at the factors which are making up the full percentage.
"We've been dealing with the COVID pandemic for several months in our area and, quite frankly, the folks who are caring for these people in the critical care setting with the most ill patients, are fatigued and we are stressed," he said.

Roblox Adopt Me | Mean Girl
~Hello! This is my first short story, that happened to me in real life!~
So, I was just playing Roblox, then went to Adopt Me. I was doing stuff, taking care of my pet, all that boring stuff, you know? Then, a girl walks up to me, what should I call her? Jenny, ok Jenny asks for a pet in the chat, she keeps asking for one. SO, I go to her house, and give her a cat, I go to the main area, then Jenny sends me a friend request. I accept it, to be nice. Then, Jenny teleports to me and says, 'I don't like cheap pets, give me a rare one.' I give her a rare pet hoping she would leave me alone, but nope! She keeps asking for more, so I ignore her and join a different server, but since she's friends with me, she joined my game. She kept saying what a bully I was, and people BELIEVED her. Like, what?? They kept reporting me and I got kicked out of the game. I'm not saying don't help people, I'm saying don't help the wrong people.
