Love Not Fear Fund was established by the Latino Community Foundation to support California's underprivileged communities by providing financial aid.

with state and national partners to call on the Governor, State and Federal lawmakers to ensure

Dalia Dippolito's defence attorney says her client is totally different person from what people

assume and has been called by various names.

Brian Claypool said, "Dalia is the most misunderstood woman in the United States, the

Dippolito's case has been a hot topic in Florida for quite some time now after her being accused

of the murder of her ex-husband.

Three trials and two convictions later she is held at the Lowell Correctional Facility in Marion

County, Florida.

Claypool has taken up Dippolito's case after the first trial and has said that her team is

determined to give one last try to get her a new trial.

"She was never a career criminal. In fact, Dalia Dippolito didn't even have a criminal record when

this all went down," Claypool said. "Dalia is resilient. She has not given up hope for getting a new

trial."

Nurse from North Illinois regrets not wearing a mask as she visits a bar

Katie Koutsky, a nurse from North Illinois who works for Advocate Aurora Health System said

she regrets not taking enough precautions when she visited her sister to help her reopen her

suburban Milwaukee bar.

Koutsky said, "First, while my priority was to support my sister and her attempt to restart her

A business which has been devastated by this pandemic, I'd like to express my regret for not

wearing a mask or practising social distancing while there, It was a lapse in judgment on my part

to not ensure I had my mask prior to leaving my house and do not maintain social distancing -

American Legion Post 291 serves low-cost food for veterans

American Legion Post 291 has switched its foodservice operation into a drive-thru restaurant

and has been helping military veterans families and the community by offering low-cost meals.

Jon Reynolds, commander of Newport Harbor Post 291, "We're learning a lot of new things,

because we've never done this before."

"We have had people that actually come and they don't have enough money for a meal and us

still, feed them," said Ulises Dominguez, kitchen manager and chef of Post 291.

American Legion posts, one of the largest in the country, has set out with clear intentions to feed

as many veterans as they can in Orange County.

"It means everything. It's like a home away from home and I appreciate everything the American

Legion is doing," said Vietnam veteran Ken Burch, who has been a member with the Post for

more than 30 years.

Bears got into a rental cabin and were taken out by police

In a rental cabin in Gatlinburg, two friends got unexpected visitors as black bears during their vacations this weekend.

Michelle Eberhart had come with her husband and some friends to Gatlinburg to have some fun on the weekend. Friday, when all the men were busy playing golf outside the cabin, Michelle and her friends noticed a black bear standing at the back of a closed door.

The black bear broke into the cabin very quickly, and the women fled to bedrooms to be safe.

Adding to the problem, came three more bears around the porch.

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency knows a lot about East Tennessee animals like black bears, and according to them, the bears are coming out of their hibernation, and this is not their typical behavior.

The police were called, and as police came, the bear was taken out of the cabin and also the other three bears on the porch. But bears took some souvenirs with them.

"They got 5 pounds of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and a pound of M&M's and two pounds of Sour Patch Kids and two bags of potato chips, two beers and two Diet Cokes and about 20 Zyrtecs," Eberhart said.

Quarantined bored neighbours witness a crime chase

The Philadelphia Police chase through the city for 90 minutes, the Monday night. They were tackling a robbery suspect to the ground. It was noted that the unidentified man was a wanted suspect, in connection with multiple commercial robberies in the same area during the year.

The chase for the suspect began around 9:30 pm, in the North East Philadelphia. The suspect was driving a white Honda civic on Lincoln Drive and Carpenter Lane in Mount Airy, during this time Sky Force 10 was over the scene while this was happening.

The pursuit of the events continued through multiple neighbourhoods and was witnessed by a lot of neighbours staying indoors due to quarantine. There was a point when the suspect was driving rashly and at a high speed of 60 mph, and the white Honda civic crashed into another vehicle near 3rd and Cambria streets, but the suspect kept going.

Later at night, shortly before 11 pm, police were able to trap the suspect's car near an apartment complex on Rising Star Avenue and Napa Street. The suspect got out of the vehicle and tried to flee from the scene, but was tackled to the ground by the police officers present at the time of the incident.

Colorado State Parks open up to 50 percent of their capacity

After a long break due to the virus outbreak and subsequent stay at home orders people have

stepped out to go camping in Colorado state parks.

Suzi Lantona said, "We're Loving it. It's nice to hear the wind blow and hear people having fun

around us, on Tuesday, we got an email that said never mind you can still have your spot."

Colorado Parks and Wildlife Public Information Officer Travis Duncan said that they have opened

up to 50 percent of their capacity and one needs to have reservation to to go camping.

The Niv family were lucky to get a reservation, Yiftah Niv said, "It's nice to be outside. It's nice

to be with other people. Sixty-five days I've been working from home now, we've been anxious,

getting cabin fever. Yeah, we went backyard camping once," Yiftah and his wife Hadar added.

Duncan said that their park manager will be closely monitoring and evaluating the whole process

and will suggest changes if necessary.

"Our park managers are going to be evaluating after this weekend how it went. If we need to

change anything that we're doing but so far so good," Duncan said.

За наслідками аналізу процедур закупівель було відмінено 4 процедури очікуваною вартістю 294 млн гривень.

Слід відмітити, що на теперішній час, за результатами проведених раніше моніторингів процедур закупівель деякими замовниками усунуто порушення шляхом відміни процедури закупівлі, а саме: Комунальними підприємствами міста Харкова відмінено процедуру закупівлі загальною очікуваною вартістю 287 млн гривень.

Слід відмітити, що за результатами проведених моніторингів закупівель впродовж січня-березня 2020 року складено та направлено до суду 1 протокол про адміністративне правопорушення, передбачене частиною 1 статті 164-14 Кодексу України про адміністративні правопорушення.

Крім того, за 1 квартал 2020 року Північно-східним офісом Держаудитслужби розглянуто 74 звернення громадських організацій, учасників процедур закупівель та правоохоронних органів щодо ймовірних порушень законодавства у сфері закупівель.
