To chase homeless away, Sacramento McDonald's blasts bagpipe music
To move the homeless away, a 24-hour McDonald based in Sacramento has started playing bagpipe music. This has become the major reason of annoying for the neighbors.
Arnold Phillips lives across the street at Broadway and 24th. He told that melancholy strains of Scottish tunes ramble on at painfully inconvenient times. For sometime, it was 24/7 "Braveheart" soundtrack.
His neighbor Nate Dewitt has now started to wear protective over-the-head ear muffs. He said that even though he is wearing muffs, he can still hear to the bagpipe music when he turned off the blower.
When asked about the tunes coming out of the loudspeakers, the managers replied, "What bagpipes?" However, this has not resulted in anything because the homeless are still present in the area. The same ploy was tried in 2016 by a Burger King loacted at Eighth and Market streets in San Francisco. Instead of bagpipes, they used classical music to roust loiters and the individuals who were sleeping on the sidewalk right outside the restaurant.
The neighbors of Sacramento said that they are still waiting for a response from McDonald's corporation.

Judge Orders Google To Hand Over Jussie Smollett’s Data.
Google has been ordered by an Illinois judge to hand over a year’s worth of digital information related to actor Jussie Smollett as part of an investigation into the handling of the actor’s reportedly false complaint of a racist attack in Chicago.
Last month, investigators issued two search warrants with Cook County Circuit Judge Michael Toomin.
The warrants inquired about data such as messages, geolocation information, and photos saved in Gmail accounts linked to Smollett and his manager Frank Gatson from November 2018 to November 2019.
Judge Michael Toomin signed off on the warrants on Dec 6 and ordered not to reveal the order to turn over the records as it might jeopardize an ongoing investigation.
Gatson informed police that Smollett told him that he was the victim of a racist and homophobic attack almost a year ago. This allegation finally became a scandal after the investigation concluded that Smollett hired two acquaintances to stage an attack him on Jan 29, 2019
Chicago Fire Boss says more that Casey and Brett's Moments are coming soon.
In the thrilling midsummer premiere of Chicago Fire on Wednesday, there were loads of memorable moments varying from a fascinating fire truck-ambulance-civilian truck chase to Foster’s (Annie Ilonzeh) exploding with Brett (Kara Killmer).
In the episode named “Hold Our Ground,” Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) appeared as a mediator in the interpersonal dispute between Foster and Brett. At the same time, Casey (Jesse Spencer) saw missing firefighting equipment.
Brett and Casey were unable to address the apparent feelings they had for each other, due to a lot of work that needed to be done professionally, and they refused to act.
The matter became even more complicated with the return of Gabby and his recent appointment with Casey, while Casey still hung his ex and kept Brett from pursuing a romance with the sandy-haired captain.
Despite the setback, it looks like Casey and Brett will be spending a lot of time together in the near future.
Chicago Fire will be broadcast on NBC on Wednesday at 9 / 8c.
