Furlough included in coronavirus update

A new corona virus update has been given by the officials of TULSA health, Mental health association of Oklahoma. The mayor G T Bynum announced during a press release that furloughs will be implemented to those positions that are supported by city's general fund, he also added that the furloughs will begin

from the 3rd of May 2020 until 26th of December 2020. The furloughs however will not be applicable to police, fire, 911 utilities like sewer, water and trash, the said furloughs will be re evacuated again in December while the staff of Mayor's office will be taking 10% reduction in their pay.

Marshals announced reward for information on suspect of Pawnee County homicide case

Philip Adrain Stout, a 55-year-old man, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Randall Madewell, whose dead body was found in his home in Cleveland, Oklahoma, on March 30. Stout was released from the Creek County Jail just three days before the murder.

There were drug charges on Stout, and according to marshals, he's homeless and was living in abandoned houses in the Tulsa Area.

Stout is a criminal by profession as he has a history of drug use and possession of weapons. He is believed to have a handgun. Stout is about 5-foot-11 and 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, the release states. He has many tattoos all over his body from his waist to his neck, including both arms and hands.

The US Marshals Service is offering a reward to anyone with information to lead to the arrest the suspect of the Pawnee County homicide believed to be in the Tulsa Area. He may be dangerous due to guns. Anyone with any information about him or his location should contact Marshals Service at 1-877-WANTED2 or usmarshals.gov/tips.

A fruitful move during Coronavirus pandemic by Author Jason Reynolds

Today the whole world is being paralyzed. Today we all are welcomed in the world which is under the control of a small virus called Coronavirus, the virus which has all alone changed our entire lifestyle. “Due to these changes in our life, my approach as an Ambassador has had to change, too”, Reynolds, the country’s National Ambassador for Young People’s Literature, said in a statement.

Reynolds organized online video projects for kids during this heavy time. The video which would be served to the kids will be biweekly and is called “ Write. Right. Rite”. This is a very fruitful and wonderful step taken by sir Reynolds to keep the people of New York busy and enjoy this harsh period of lockdown with a small curve on their face.

New Orleans Governor’s strict measures minimizes corona havoc

Kansas runs short of testing supplies

The coronavirus pandemic is already taking a toll the economy even before we could keep a check to it. Daily activities, income sources have all come to halt, people in Kansas who have been under three week stay at home order are asking to alleviate the orders so that they can get back to their business. Though this has been the situation at many places, Kansas stands different as it's per capita testing for the virus is alarmingly low. PHOENIX CITY COUNCIL RELEASED THE ORDER ON LIMITED PASSENGERS ON PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Resoundingly, the Phoenix City Council adopted a bill restricting the no. of travelers on public buses from Mon to avoid COVID-19 from growing.

"So that residents can be covered to the fullest degree necessary to further straighten the slope and prevent the increase," said Deputy City Manager Mario Paniagua, City of Phoenix.

There will be specific limitations on riders, depending on the bus size. Smaller "circulator" buses are restricted to 5 passengers, 40-ft buses are restricted to 10 passengers, and 60-foot buses are limited to fifteen.

There will be exemptions for persons with disabilities, and drivers will be allowed to exercise their discretion not to specifically impose tension resolution limits on travelers.

"When there are Fifteen passengers on the bus and there is someone standing at the bus stop in a wheelchair, the driver will also have the option to pick them up and let them get on the bus," Paniagua said.

Na Národnú banku Slovenska (NBS) sa vlani obrátilo viac finančných spotrebiteľov. Celkovo dostala 2171 podaní, čo predstavuje medziročný nárast o 11 %. …

A 58,2 % z celkových podaní sa týkali poisovní, 25 % bankovníctva a 10 % nebankových veriteov. A na relatívne krátke prechodné obdobie, ke sa udia saovali najviac na spotrebiteské úvery, najmä v rokoch 2015 - 2016, je poda NBS pravidelne najviac podaní na poisovne. "Ide o prirodzený jav, pretoe plnenie z poistnej zmluvy sa má vypláca väšinou pri nepríjemnej ivotnej situácii. Ak klient nedostane oakávané plnenie, domáha sa ho asto aj bez ohadu na znenie zmluvy," konštatuje NBS, ktorá sa pri všetkých podaniach zaoberá aj ich opodstatnenosou. Ukázalo sa, e takmer tretina (29,3 %) všetkých podaní bolo opodstatnených. Dohliadané subjekty pristúpili po výzve národnej banky k dobrovonej náprave v 305 prípadoch, o znamená úspešnos v 48 % z opodstatnených podaní. V týchto prípadoch subjekty vyplatili klientom takmer 405.000 eur.V prípade poistenia majetku sa udia najviac saovali na nedostatonú výšku poistného plnenia. NBS zistila, e náhrada škody na majetku, najmä na autách nie je vdy vypoítaná poda vyhlášky, ktorá stanovuje pravidlá pre urenie hodnoty majetku a jeho poškodenia. NBS preto tlaí na vyššiu transparentnos, najmä pri náhrade škody v povinnom zmluvnom poistení. Medzirone sa však zvýšili aj podania týkajúce sa zamietnutia poistného plnenia z poistenia zodpovednosti za škodu pri výkone povolania. Pozitívnou správou je, e pri spotrebiteských úveroch sa vytrácajú nedostatky, s ktorými sa stretávala NBS pri zmluvách uzatvorených pred rokom 2015. "Veritelia v súasnosti ponúkajú klientom kvalitnejšie zmluvy bez tak zásadných neprijatených podmienok, ako to bolo v minulosti," konštatuje NBS. Zo správy NBS vyplýva aj to, e pravidelne sa opakujú podania týkajúce sa zneuitia platobných nástrojov, tie zaznamenala podania týkajúce sa obchodovania s finannými nástrojmi, ke v niekokých prípadoch klienti utrpeli pomerne veké finanné straty obchodovaním na zahraniných platformách. NBS pritom dlhodobo upozoruje, aby udia neuzatvárali zmluvy so subjektmi, ktoré nepodliehajú jej dohadu a dôkladne zváili všetky riziká daného investovania.
