A MAN DIED IN A DOUBLE ATTACK STABBING IN SANTA CLARA COUNTY
As per the Santa Clara Healthcare office, a person murdered in a double stabbing in San Jose's Alum Rock community over the Sunday has been confirmed as 50 year old Gilroy native Francisco Ophelia.
They announced the attack occurred shortly before eight pm On the 401 block North Capitol Ave on a weekend night.
Cops rushed to the scene to find 2 persons, as per cops, both suffered a sharp blade injury each. The victims had been transported to the near medical facility, where one expired from his injury.
San Jose cop Gina Tepoorten stated that no suspects have been charged.
The fatality marked as the 12th homicide of this year in San Jose.

ONE MAN STRUCK AND KILLED BY CALTRAIN IN SAN JOSE
An individual trespassing on San Jose railway lines was struck by the Caltrain Saturday afternoon.
The individual had been hit just south of San Jose 's Capitol Platform.
The train went southwards towards Gilroy, the organization stated.
